asking a girl out that works at the gym
"don't crap where you eat." I always have that saying in mind, and i don't go to the gym to hit on women cause it only causes distraction to my muscle building goals.
This girl works there, we started by "hey" and then we almost talk every time i go there now, she even walks up to me and says hey when i dont say hey at the front desk, she memorized my GYM membership number, always smiling at me and i noticed she was looking at me a few times while i was lifting weights.
This is is extremely tough cause if i ask her out and she says no, then iam done going to that gym as it would feel awkward, i never had a girlfriend before and iam 25, also every time i ask a girl out, i get rejected, I am not bad looking, slightly above average but iam too nice and most girls seem to go for the bad boys these days, you know the ones with the hat side ways and saggy pants, i don't have a swag and i don't exactly have a special walk or act tough.
I have to mention that she never asks me anything personal, what i do for work or any of that, so that kinda gives me the hint that she is just being friendly or maybe cause she works there.
My main question is that if she is being friendly cause she works there or she actually likes me? I really can't figure this out

It's hard to tell. She could like you or she could just be nice. One of the best ways to find out is say something like what did you guys do this weekend? If she keeps talking about her girlfriends only, then you know she's available.

let me also add that she acts silly around me, like when she finally memorized my GYM #, she started jumping in excitement, looked kinda silly, i acted all cool. Then i was talking to her 1 time then saw the other dude that works there and wanted to show him a picture on my phone, I said i have a surprise for you, then she said" oh so i don't get a surprise? " , so i just ignored that then i pulled out my phone to show him the picture, she said oh a picture i don't wanna see it then, she looked kinda stupid but i could tell she is just acting silly....sigh i don't know, i do like her

Have you noticed how she acts around other guys at the gym? Are you the only one getting this attention, or does she do it to everyone? Keep an eye out and see how she interacts with others. If it's just you - ask her out. If she does it to everyone - she's just friendly.
