Mcdonalids: quarter pounder with cheese vs. a crispy chicken club with bacon
Which do you think has more fat and calories (I know the answer, I was surprised).

Weight Watchers Points
A Quarter Pounder with Cheese is 13 points on the Weight Watchers Points plan. A Crispy Chicken Deluxe is 11 points; althought I don't know if that's the same sandwich as you listed.

Check out this site: nutritiondata.com lists most of the fast food places. Crispy chicken sandwich is 500 calories 26 g. fat and a quarter pounder with cheese is 530 calories 30 g. fat. Wendy's Jr. bacon burger is 310 calories and 12 g. fat. I would stay away from McDonalds, I watched a show on the news last month and McDonalds in the States is worse compared to in Europe and Canada. Choice is yours of course but I don't eat at any of them but if you have too check out this site before you eat out.

I really don't eat at McDonald's any more after seeing "Supersize Me"--it really grossed me out about how bad their food is.Of coures, the guy was eating burgers and fries 24/7, so I'm sure he didn't try eating salads for 30 days...
About the only thing I get (VERY Occasionally) is their Egg McMuffins-- however, I skip the hash browns and coffee or juice, and opt for a glass of water instead....
