How many calories in a turkey burger vs. a regular hamburger?

I couldn't find anything on the calorie wiki.

Turkey burgers can vary quite a bit. If they are made from all-white meat there is significantly less fat than the "lean" ground turkey, which includes dark meat and still has quite a bit of fat. LIkewise, burgers vary in calories based on what kind of ground beef is used (% fat content). For an honest comparison, look up ground beef and compare it with ground turkey, using the fat percents you purchase.

Restaurant turkey burgers probably don't have that many fewer calories than hamburgers, because they're made from ground turkey that has both dark and light meat (and sometimes skin, which is where most of the saturated fat is).

The size of the burger also very much influences the number of calories in the burger. A burger (regardless of the type of meat) that only contains 4 oz. will have fewer calories than one containing 6 oz. and a 6 oz. burger will have fewer calories than one containing or 8 oz.
In other words, size *does* matter.
