I love the feeling I get waking up on a Sunday morning.... look around and see the kids came in at some point in the night and the dog is zonked out too. The whole family together. Warms my heart


(then they all wake up :( LOL)

I love going outside on my lunch break and down the couple of blocks to the park so that I can sit by the river and just enjoy being somewhere other then in my office.. it's so peaceful and then I come back to work energized.

I love when I consciously make the effort to watch my portion size and what I'm putting in my mouth.


I had a big salad one day for lunch. I am so proud of myself for taking out ALL of the croutons and using only a limited amount of vinaigrette dressing! ;-)

Thanks to pilates, walking and weight-loss my shapely, muscular tummy is emerging - I love it!

I love taking my clothes to be altered!

I love waking up before everyone else in the house (meaning birds, cat, dogs and hubby) and making coffee and sitting on the deck. I probably only do it once every month, but i love it!

This thread is great!

I love going from a one hour commute each way, to a 10 minute walk. I have two hours of my life back each day! Once I unpack (exercise! :) ), I'll have more time to work out!

funny!!

I love to laugh, epecially at myself when I do or say something really silly. I love to laugh with people that are funny. I love to laugh at romantic comedies becuase they are not only funny but they have a deeper, subtle, component of love to it. "A lot like love" is one of those movies.
