I like the journal to use when I am away from the computer and can't log. Also for keeping track of the weights I am using at the gym.

Just FYI, I bought a t-shirt (the baby doll) a while back and they run REALLY small. I'd say get it one or two sizes bigger than you'd normally wear just to be safe.
