Helpful Running Tip!!!!
Hello! I'm not going to lie, I'm not a huge fan of running, but I have developed a tip that I use for myself to keep myself motivated to run for a longer time. When I run on the treadmill, I try to start at the beginning of a 30 minute show. When the show is on, I run, and when it changes to commericals I power walk with an elevation. This keeps my heart pumping, but at the same time keeps it interesting. If I feel like I can run during the commercials, I push myself, but I never walk during the actual tv show.
Try this if you have a hard time being on the treadmill for a long time, and tell me how it works for you!!!
