Rear Delts
Anyone have a lower-back friendly exercise that works the rear deltoids?

Depending on your stability, try doing reverse flys with free weights while supporting your torso on a stability ball, both legs straight behind you, feet on the ground. It will reduce the likelihood of you hyperextending your back, and still allow you to work them.
Alternatively, you can hold your arm at 90 degrees while lying on your side and swivel your forearm backwards while keeping your elbow pinned to your body. Use light weights for this one though, it really targets the smallest muscles of your rear delts.
Good luck!

Here's one I like...
I like this rear delt row with the cable. My trainer has me use the setup that most people use for triceps - the two ropes with a ball at each end? No idea what it's called. And I stand facing the cable machine, a few feet away. One foot up on a bench for stability. I do the "row" but pulling the rope handles just above my shoulders, by my ears. Kind of like I'm pulling the mid-point of the rope, where it connects to the machine, towards my nose.
I have a low back injury and this doesn't bother me at all...
