100 calorie snacks

I won't buy those 100 snack packs from nabisco or keebler or whatever they are because if I buy one, I'll eat the whole box which would probably be 700 calories! But I think it's a great idea, 100 calorie snacks. Anyone know of good ones?

I have tried them all and they are very good! It does require a bit of self control though. I keep a box in my desk drawer and limit myself to only one a day. I often don't have one at all! But they are great for the sweet and salty cravings and better than most other snacks I would reach for!

the fudge stripe cookies and cheeze-its are my favorites :)

1 cup of low fat cottage cheese, the one I get has 14 grams of protein and it keeps me from getting hungry.

I love the 100 cal snack packs! If I stayed at home during the day the whole box would be gone in one day. However, I work in an office so I keep the box at home and just bring one pack in to work each day. Works well for me that way!

I think they are a great idea for someone that has lost alot of weight and has alot of disipline to just eat one but for me trying to lose weight when i'm upset or bored i'll eat more than one at home sometimes. Also I notice the goldfish ones have more chedder flavor than usual and you crave more so be careful with those. I read somewhere that one of the companies teamed up with phillip morris and they look for ways to make you want more. Makes you wonder does't it? Sounds evil.We are there guinue PIGS..HA,HA

Can you make your own 100 cal snack packs? Buy a big box of whatever and seperate into individual servings in baggies. Just bring ONE to work or wherever so you DONT eat them all. I actually indiv. wrapped foods like the snack packs because when one is done, its done...not like sitting with a whole box of cookies or something.

10 oz of carrots is a 100 calories, and that should keep you full for a long time. I like to dip them in salsa

100 calorie idea - filling

1/2 slice of whole bread toasted around 50cal
1/4 can of tuna around 35cal
1 tsp of salsa around 15cal
(a little hot sauce for a kick)

It's pretty good little snack because of the tuna. I usually also add some lettuce.

100 Calorie Snacks

My Favorite 100 cal savory snack is a veggie burger I like Morningstar jsut cause you can get them at any grocery store... no bun just some mustard and hot sauce sometimes lettuce and tomarto. It is warm, fast and feels like a real meal. 10g of protein and really low in fat.

For sweet I like a cup of Ovaltine, either hot or cold. 2 tbsp in a cup of skim milk is around 100 cal. The Ovaltine has no fat, lots of other vitamins and minerals and the milk is something we all need!

Fage Yogurt (Greek Yogurt) 0%. Add one packet of splenda and 1/4 cup strawberries or rasberries and it is a sweet and filling 100 calorie snack. I Love it!
