I am on the brink of maintaining and getting to the point I want to be physically, but I always tell myself that I am who I am and I won't change. I think it is because I am afraid to do well and then fail in the future, by maybe bingeing or going overboard some how.
I think I am not there mentally, it's a matter of food, I can't control it sometimes, but when it comes to the gym I am there busting my ass.
How can I get them both in sync, without giving in to fear of failure? And becoming the person I visualize in my head, cause I think if I became that person, it would be absolutely amazing!
