Fatty armpits anyone?

This may be odd for some people, but I have this little bit of fat kind of between my arm and my breasts. I call it armpit fat. I'm sure working my arms will help some, but are there any specific excersises I could do to target this ugly problem? Thanks in advance!!!!

Chess press or bench press... it firms up the muscles under the chest area and helps to get rid of that fatty area.

This little bit of fat is, anatomically speaking, the "tail" of your breast. No, you can't spot-reduce it. In fact, if you are losing weight but hoping you don't lose too many cup sizes in the process, you probably shouldn't hope too hard for it to disappear.

Wearing a large enough cup size should minimize it, though -- do doublecheck and see if your bras really fit you.

OP Here: Its not there because of the bra. If I took off my bra, it's still there. But thanks for the suggestions. I will continue to work my chest and arms and hope it shrinks some.

I know a bunch of people who call it "barm" - as in "not boob and not arm."

One thing that will reduce it in pictures (though not in life) is to stand with your hand on your hip, elbow out. It then won't be nearly as noticeable.
