Dancing with the Stars

Okay, who's going to win. The judges are rooting for Mario - but I am for Emmit all the way. He is so cool to watch. I will miss it! Mario is too polished and came into the competition with some prior training, I think, although he denies it.

I love Emmit as a football player and a person. Mario is cheesy, but still I love him from Pet Star. However, looking at just the dancing - Emmitt is a plodder (heavy feet) and lacks smoothness. His wardrobe person needs to retire as his pants were always too short and his shoes to loud, emphasizing the fact that he is a plodder.

Mario has the skill and the moves and makes smooth transitions and lifts. His costumes had clean lines much like those of an ice skater.

Based on dancing alone - Mario is the clear winner. Otherwise I would've loved to vote for Emmit.

I met Mario in person back in 2002 and ended up having dinner with him. He is so nice and really down to earth so i'm wanting him to win.

So Emmitt's appealing personality beat out Mario's dancing skills... interesting outcome.

Charisma often beats skill in the workplace too.

I don't agree. I loved to watch to Emmit dance. I think his dancing was very sexy and entertaining. Mario moved too smoothly for me -- it wasn't so interesting. I did like his dancing ... but I really looked forward to seeing Emmit dance each week, it wasn't just his personality. I think Cheryl Burke did a great job on choreography to highlight Emmit's strengths.
