What do you do when you fail !
It is very hard for me not to just give up and say to myself. Forget I should just accept myself fat! The problem is I just keep getting bigger and bigger

Never give up. You can be thin. How about joining a group. It's so much easier to lose in a group. Have you tried weight watchers? You can really eat a lot on weight watchers so you don't feel deprived.

what do you mean by fail? a bad meal? giving in to temptation? skipping a workout? gaining a pound or two back? we all go through that sometimes. just get back up and try again. one meal does not kill your diet. one treat does not ruin it. missing one workout does not negate all your other hard work. be gentle with yourself! losing weight and getting healthy is not an overnight process-you didn't gain the weight in a day or two . . . so it's going to take longer than that to see it come off.
don't give up!!! ask you group members for help and support!! you CAN do this!!

How have you failed? The only way you fail is to quit and accept yourself as fat.
Let's say you take this the very very slow route and lose a mere 1/2lb per week. You'll look at the scale and unless you have a digital that measures less than a lb won't even see the scale drop each week. At the end of a month you'll have seen the dramatic 2 lb weight loss which makes you feel like you've done nothing. But if you stick to it for a year that nothing 2 lb weight loss with be 26lbs.
Now picture yourself 26lbs lighter.
The key is time. Add in daily excercise, once you've lost the weight you can try to scale it back but strive for daily to really make it part of your routine... even if some days you can only work in 15 min (just make sure that's the exception day and not the rule). Limit portion sizes and try to really reduce all the junk things... without elimating them so you feel like your cheating yourself. Make it fun, allow yourself treats and rewards. Most of all don't expect instant success, don't feel like a failure if your goal was to lose one pound this week and instead your only lost a half. Track your results over time... and be honest with yourself. Look for triggers that make you behave badly so you can counteract them. But most of all don't let yourself be a failure don't quit.

Use failing as a lesson- why did I fail this time? How can I beat it next time? Repeat until you no longer fail.
Failure is a chance to become stronger, to push yourself harder the next time.
