So...how's 2007 going so far?
My eating yesterday and today have been horrible, I suspect because I have big expectations of myself for 2007.
My plan is to lose another 35.5 lbs. to get to my goal weight.
But I am still hopeful and happy to do great tomorrow and beyond, I drew up a great plan. :)
How's everyone else's energy??

My energy and motivation are still pretty high.. Wow, and it's only been a few days..lol
Those high expectations can do you in every time.. No way to be perfect so you will always come up short and it makes you feel like you did badly.. I was just thinking about that earlier.. I did really well yesterday and the only hint of a mistake I made was going to BK and getting a salad and they gave me the fried chicken instead of the grilled I ordered.. I went ahead and ate it because I was starving and I knew if I just ate the salad, I would feel neglected and deprived.. But even on days when I do really well, don't cheat, stay within calories or drink all my water, I still feel bad sometimes.. Like I've blown it.. It's hard.. Just remember to breathe and focus on at the end of the month, how much weight will be gone, how many inches? And in two months.. Sometimes, I just literally have to breathe deeply because I get panicked thinking about the long haul.. But we have PT and we are all in it for the long haul together!
