Has anyone else heard the commercials? Sounds too good to be true.

I don't think this is as drastic as lipo, and isn't meant to produce the results liposuction does.

It's probably unfair to label this a "quick-fix." Some people work for years and get 95 percent of the results they want and things like this might help them achieve what they've worked so hard to reach. To each his or her own.

I've seen before and after done on a few people on tv. Procedure was quick, easy, and less invasive of course. But one of the effects in one of the patients was that some of the remaining fat underneath her skin looked uneven like it was ripply or bubbly or something. And this was on one side of her stomach -- it looked very strange.

lipo zap works

After YEARS of exercising, dieting and even lipsuction - and never being able to elliminate the hereditary cellulite - I tried Lipo Zap and it really works! LipoZap Vs. LipoErase

We own HB Skin Spa which is a skin care and body toning spa in downtown Huntington Beach and although we aren't a med-spa, we work with a lot of esthetic doctors in Orange County, CA and we are very familiar with most of the latest aesthetic procedures.

LipoZap is using laser to kill/disolve fat cells. Although this works to some degree, you won't get the same benefits as real lipo or LipoErase.

The latest and safest lipo technology with best results out there today is LipoErase ( http://www.aestheticmedicinetoday.com/index-lipoerase.com.htm ) We know Dr. Dominguez and he is a lazer and injectible specialist, and owns a patent on the procedure of using an injectible to 'kill and melt' fat cells and then using Thermage to tighten the skin in the area... so there are no ripples, wrinkles, loose skin, etc. after you are finished. LipoErase give you the same and usually better results than liposuction surgery, and does not involve surgery. We are usually skeptical as well about things that sound too good to be true, but being very technical in our business of skin care and body toning, we are real believers in it. I wish we did it at our spa... we'd be millionaires!

LipoZap Correction

I'm not sure how to correct my previous comment so I'm adding another one here. I looked into the exact details of LipoZap and although their website doesn't disclose what they are using.. I'm pretty sure they are using the Syneron VelaShape equipment, which is the only FDA approved "Circumferential reduction" machine.

They don't really use laser... they use infrared, vacuum and radio waves to temporarily 'shrink' the size of each fat cell in the treated areas Since it only shrinks the fat cells, they can enlarge again through normal weight gain processes. LipoSuction and LipoErase / LipoTherm permanently destroy the fat cells so the procedure results are permanent. So basically LipoZap / VelaShape results are temporary. Our vote is still for LipoErase / LipoTherm since the results are permanent and the procedure is still non-invasive and very simple and safe
