i need a good group!
i need a group that is motivated, posts every day and shares experiences... i feel like i'm all alone here because my groups don't post regularly or at all. it seems that the groups that have open slots are because they are the offenders that don't post, with people leaving because of lack of support.
i've got motivation, i post everytime i eat something and workout, but it's getting hard when i'm the only one in my groups that is making an effort. i've lost a lot and i still have a lot to lose, but it would be easier if it was truly a "peer" experience!
*whining* all the good groups are taken, wahhhhh!

Sorry, but this is the same complaint I hear from my single friends "all the good guys are taken/married". You get what you put in. Make a good group, make two.

op here- i've thought about making my own group, but fear i'll just sit out there alone still. i guess it doesn't hurt to start one and see what happens!
i don't get what i put in to this, i put in a lot- a lot of effort, a lot of posting, a lot of motivation for others as well as myself... i shouldn't be punished because the groups i've joined are slackers. i've joined groups and left groups looking for the right fit, but like i said, the good ones are full for a reason.

good group
I don't know how, but I got into a good group, right off the bat. I'm sooo grateful! However, I can't post everyday, as my life is busy, busy, busy. I do, however, update as often as possible. Find a group that works for you. Good luck. What you need just might surprise you and come from within you.

New Group
I log onto PT all the time. I'm already a part of a great group, but if you create a group and post the link here, I can join. We can support and motivate each other!

Tell us your name and I invite you to a group that has a open spot, but only if your really committed to logging and posting. Sorry to be so blunt but we take this group serious. And we are totally committed to each other.

Suggestion for all those who complain that they have problems finding groups that they like-here's an idea. Why not leave a comment or two for members of the PT community whose logs you read on a regular basis (assuming you like their style/feel a connection) and ask them if they'd be interested in joining a team or group with you?
That is how i ended up in a great team-i received an invite from someone who had been reading my log, and now i look to these women as supportive friends!
This only works if your log is public but why not give it a shot?

I'm 8:47 logger, and I've created a new 'daily logger' group.
Thanks for advice, macsweeti, and I've just opened a new group (sent you an invite). Others that think you're up to some hard work with yourself (both body & mind) - please join us!
