Healthy food for my toddlers

I'm here losing weight and making more healthy choices but my twins are picky. And what I end up serving them, and they don't eat? I end up eating. Any suggestions for easy, healthy meals? They're turning two in February.

Picky eaters

Just keep offering them good choices. Don't give them very much until they try it and want more. We don't make a big deal out of food in our house and never get negative about food tastes. Some kids really like to dip their food in ketchup, light ranch dressing, etc. I recommend keeping on hand what they do like. Especially fresh fruits and vegetables. Do they like fruit? Have you ever made them smoothies? Most likely they will think it's an absolute treat and you know they're getting fruit and dairy. Use lowfat yogurt and skim milk. I don't add cheese to things just because I don't want to get into the habit of it and have them depend on it. Try to not eat their leftovers. If you have to put it in a baggie and into the fridge then do it. If you have to throw it in the trash to keep from eating it then do it. (I just recommend not attempting to retrieve it later... there's an old post on that topic!)
