I go to McDonald's almost every day - I absolutely love their coffee. I don't get anything else. If I'm hungry, I just get my coffee elsewhere so I don't give into temptation.

i haven't eaten mcdonalds in months but, haha supersize me.... i got in the car and went to mcdonald's after seeing it! it's all about the choices you make. the media doesn't tell you about the people who have lost weight eating at there. there's plenty of healthy choices like salads, yogurts and fruits.

I'm pregnant and addicted to the fruit and yogurt parfaits! I go there at least once a week! : )

I didn't have time to eat breakfast before leaving the house this morning. I almost succumbed to breakfast at McDonald's but didn't. Ate a protein bar instead. It is quick, cheap, easy, and I like the taste. I eat fast food way too often. :(

I just HAVE to comment on this one! I used to be the fast food queen, eating fast food about once a day on average, sometimes more sometimes less. Starting January 2nd my partner and I made a pact that we were going to quit doing ANY fast food (not as big a thing for her as me). Here I am 4 1/2 months later so proud that I have not eaten so much as a single french fry or burger. I feel so much better and don't ever want to support that industry again!

I like McDonalds salads and also the fruit choices they have. The fruit parfait's not bad on calories. And the apple slices with low fat carmel is only 100 calories. However I did go there over the weekend (before I started logging on this site) and got a cinnamon melt and fruit and yogurt parfait. My sweet tooth is my downfall. My choices when I go out for breakfast have been bad. I love cinnamon rolls and french toast and pancakes with the fruit and whipped cream topping lol. Not all in one sitting mind you. But I do plan to be completely honest with my logging. I think that's the only way this will work.

Very Good Point!

11:16, you made a fantastic point! You do need to be completely honest with your logging, if not, you're only cheating yourself!
