Not having any back fat, so that when I wear a tight little dress, there is nothing bulging out around my bra :)
That and seeing the muscle definition when I flex them - awesome.

That even though I'm not at my goal, I feel better and better every week. Every week my jeans get a little looser, every week my arms are less jiggly. It gives me what I need to keep going.

My favorite thing is having others notice that I am making strides to get healthy. Just the other day a doctor at my office asked me what I was doing to look so good. She applauded me for my accomplishment (40 lb. loss) and told me to keep it up!
(shopping for new clothes, etc. doesn't hurt either!)

I love that I went bridesmaid dress shopping with several friends and for the first time in my life all of the sample dresses slipped on and zipped up perfectly!

I love that I can now run 6 miles because my body isn't in pain from the extra weight.

I love that my stomach doesn't get in the way anymore when painting my toenails, crossing my legs, doing certain yoga poses etc.

I love that knowing that I'm ensuring a healthier, longer life by making positive changes to my lifestyle. I feel fabulous at a healthy weight.

Having strangers talk to me - like in lines or elevators. I didn't realize until recently that my fat had made me *that* subhuman.
