Apply this to everyday things

I've done somethings similar to this, and have lost 20lbs in 6 months. Small things really add up: Cut your sugar and creamer, don't eat all of the fries, only drink 8oz of soda instead of 16 or 20, etc. Take this list and customize it to your daily routine, and you will notice a big difference, without feeling the sacrifice.
