Distract yourself.
Take a walk.
Think about how you'll feel after you've had those cookies.
See yourself thin, trim, and healthy.
Picture the cookies and associate it with something that you don't like - like brussel sprouts.
Try to figure out the underlying need behind the cookie craving. Are you bored, stressed, tired, sad, etc?

I totally know where you are, and totally have been there myself (like, 2 days ago). Some ideas:

1. Brush your teeth, floss, mouthwash.
2. Go for a walk.
3. Phone a friend.
4. Eat a piece of fruit.
5. Throw the cookies in the garbage (I know it sounds extreme, but it WORKS!)

Good luck! You can say no to the cookies!

Go take a brisk walk, have some water and brush your teeth or floss. The craving WILL pass and just knowing that will help! Good luck, you CAN do this!

If you really need to give in to your sweet tooth cravings... try the 100 calorie hostess cakes. They are mini versions of the cupcakes. So good! I recommend the carrot cake.. very rich I feel satisfied after eating just one of them!

If you have to eat it or you did already....

Walk for about 2 miles after, it will get burned off! Exercise of any kind for at least half an hour will do the trick if you weren't strong enough to resist! But, for gosh sake don't fish those cookies out of the garbage! Throw them into a river or outside into the woods! "SO LET IT BE WRITTEN SO LET IT BE DONE"

That Damn CHEESECAKE!

My coworker bought me a cheesecake for my birthday. While that was so nice of her, I am now in the office alone with the cheesecake. I almost ate it. It is a whopping 475 calories and 30 grams of fat for a SLICE!!!! Not a big slice.

This is how I stopped myself from eating it. I looked at my log on peertrainer and added in the cheesecake as if I'd eaten it. I realized the slice would take me to the end of my allotted calories for today. Its 2pm. Thats a long time with out food...and for what? A lousey cheesecake that I have already had the day before?

I put it back in the fridge. Mission accomplished!

Go to a health food store pick up some healthy all natural no flour/sugar cookie mix. they have em or make it your self. MY mom always did that with no sugar no dairy, and honestly they tasted better. Just because you want to lose weight and eat healthy does not mean taste goes out the window. You may actually find that there is an actual taste to food once you start cutting out unhealthy items from your diet.
