I don`t know where these "facts" about salmon sashimi came from, but they are ridiculous. This chart says salmon has NO protein? That`s impossible. I am from Japan, and salmon here is eat all the time. For an accurate nutrition fact about salmon try here;

100grams, or about 3.5ounces~ there is only 142calories. And 20grams of protein. Also iron 4%~ it is a superfood rich in Omega 3 fatty acids whihc are incredibly healthy in our diets and difficult to find in food.
In fact, half a salmon fillet of sashimi, or about 7ounces only has 281calories and nearly 40grams of protein. The fat is mostly Omega 3.
Salmon is an excellent food to add to any diet especially for health and nutrition purposes. I`m really going to have to be careful when looking at the nutrition charts on this site because it`s so ...wrong
