30 - 30
For those of you who have lost a lot of weight - I have lost 30 pounds and want to lose 30 more. Is the second 30 much harder / slower to lose??

Way to go, OP!! I think your biggest challenges at this point could be keeping from getting in a workout rut and being a little more 'free' with the eating . Otherwise, I think if you just keep at it - the last 30 should come off, too.
Things I checked on for myself - my BMR - my calorie needs went down a bit as I got smaller (I actually ate the same calories, but I didn't lose quite as fast), maintaining my food log - to stay on the ball, and the workout stuff - I'm a creature of habit, so that's always hard for me.
