Biggest Obstacles...and how do you overcome?
Mine is mindless eating. Now, I've been trying to sit down when I eat and to eat consciously. I've been watching Paul McKenna on TLC. It sounds so easy and it makes sense, but is it easier said than done? Mind over matter right?

You know I just watched a couple of his shows and I've been doing the putting the fork down thing - what a difference that has made. You wouldn't think so, but wow did it highlight how quickly I ate and mindlessly inhaled food. And he was right about things not tasting the same. I was slowly eating some Baked Lays and after a few I thought, What is this stuff? It does not taste good!
So, I'm game for his other techniques and I have to say - when we change our mindset it really does make it easy.
