A Great Idea

I've heard of this before. I found myself identifying with the 70 year old poster. My mother (with an active eating disorder) always bought me extra large clothes that just hung on me like sacks. Took me to doctors for diet pills that she ended up taking. I have always been active but I have the body type from my father's side of the family (Eastern European, short and squat). After I moved away to college I experienced normal; eating habits. Years later I see it was amazing I didn't develop eating disorders.

Now at 50 I am very happy with my body. At 5'2 and 150 lbs I have no idea what my BMI is. I have been weight training for years and have a fairly muscular body though I still have tummy fat. I have accepted that I will not be thin like my mother. I am healthy instead.
