Is anyone following the Alli program?
I just started and Im slightly nervous. I only decided to try a diet-pill because it was approved by the FDA... I just wanna know has anyone seen results from it?

It may help you lose weight... read the side effects carefully.
But my one piece of advise, a pill may work, may be FDA approved but if you aren't changing the problems that made you gain weight in the future it's like adding oil to fix the leak in your engine, once you stop taking the pill the weight will just come right back on.
Also there is more and more research about being skinny fat. People who are thin but still have way too high body fat %. Maybe I'm wrong but I think in the next 10 years we are going to find that these diet pills and weight loss surgeries are just as effective as Lipitor, Crestor, etc. have now been found to be. Those drugs lower your blood pressure but have now effect in lowering your risk of heart attack or stroke because they just mask the problem not fix it.
My advise it's slow, it's not easy but if you truly want to lose weight and get in shape you need to excerise and lest 30 minutes 5 days a week and need to eat a balanced diet of healthy foods in reasonable portions.

My cousin is a pharm..and she said that all it makes you do is have really bad stomach cramps and it can harm your bowles. I would seriously consider trying to loose weight naturally.

Pills are dumb
They are all really more of a placebo than anything else
Save money by buying less food instead and you are good to go.
