My Food Mood

Honestly, I don't know what's going on with me. Does anyone else have this problem? I have been not so good the past week with major PMS-ing and over the weekend I read an article about cutting calories and people's diets making them crazy. I am not a low calorie diet, I am just trying to watch what I eat.

This morning I woke up and I have agressive/angry feeling all morning! I mean really annoyed with everything! What gives?

I did eat total crap for dinner last night and whole chocolate bar, but this hasn't happened before! Maybe I am not exercising enough? HELP!

ME TOO!

I have felt that way for a few days and it eneded yesterday once i went to the gym. I LITERALLY forced my body to go, i was pissed the entire time that i got ready and drove there, angry at myself. I went and 20 min into my cardio session, i was using that pissed off energy and had a pretty good workout. So, now when im mad, im hitting the gym and burining it off.
Good Luck!

wow, awesome. Good for you. I'll try it. Last night when I got home from work I really wanted to do yoga and it was too late when I got out of the office to go to my hot yoga class... Mayb that's why I'm feeling the same way?

That is sooo true! I have found that when I am pms'ing really bad or just in a bad mood - once I get to the gym, all my aggression leaves and I leave the gym in a much better mood. I didn't get to work out for 3 days (Fri-Sun) and I was starting to feel run down. When I worked out on Monday, my energy came back. I am going to try to not miss 3 days in a row again. It is addictive!

Maybe it's the winter blaw's. I hit the pavement when I'm in a foul mood so I don't scream at everyone around me for no reason at all and by the time I get back I feel alot better.

Definitely the winter blahs!!!

I noticed in the groups I'm in that we've been doing a lot of binge eating, etc. I've been extremely angry and bitter lately as well. Plus, I've been eating things I don't normally eat, and that really effects me. Generally, making myself exercise will help to get myself out of the funk. Even if I don't think I'm enjoying the workout, I'll discover that hours later, I feel so much better.

I've been in such a foul mood the past few days - snapping at my fiance every 30 seconds (and really he didn't deserve it)! But, I was like seriously physically uncomfortable b/c I was so on edge. About what, I have no idea! I literally felt like there were mice or spiders or something running up and down my spine!!!

You know what made me feel better? Sex!

I guess it's a hormonal thing...
