This morning I went down a notch on my belt. Such a little thing, but it has made my day.

Congratulations! Last night I tried on some of my workout wear that I haven't had on in a while since I tend to stick to my favorite outfits. Some of the items were too big and they were spandex! Spandex, too loose, how about that?

I put on a pair of pants yesterday that I had not worn in a while. I could definitely tell a difference. They were much looser in the stomach, bottom, and thigh areas. I was thrilled. I could also tell a big difference in my abs. I did not have that roll of fat protruding over the waist of the pants:o)

At the gym this morning I did a double take in the mirror over the definition in my leg muscles. I kept taking steps and looking at myself in the mirror just to see the muscles...good thing I was alone! It gave me motivation for the rest of my workout.
