eating breakfast in the a.m. before a.m. workout?

I workout at around 9:30 every morning, should I eat breakfast at 8 am to lose weight or shoud I just wait until after I workout to burn the day before calories?

Yeah you should definetely eat before and have a little snack after words because your body needs something to run on to get the most out of your workout.

Yes, eat a little beforhand--I usually do a 1/2 cup of whole grain hot cereal or something light.
Then eat again afterwards to re-energize. :-)

Keep your "before" meal very light, and have a hearty meal afterwards. Your muscles need to recover after exercise, and the meal you have after is more important than the meal before. This is advice from my personal-trainer brother!
