This is fun!

Knew you needed to lose weight....18 yrs old

Knew you were alright at a certain weight....haven't found that yet

Knew you were pretty....probably about 19

knew you were smart......Elementary school

knew that sex could be good... Hmm...by myself at 11, with a partner at 18

knew that girls are smarter than boys... I also think that depends on the person and the subject at hand

knew that if someone really loves you they don't really care about your weight....I don't think this is true. I think that if you truly love someone than you SHOULD care about their weight. It is never healthy to be over weight and why wouldn't your significant other want you to live as long and healthy a life as possible?

knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that a higher power existed....I think I always just "knew", but really felt connected to that feeling when in high school (at 17), someone was making fun of a kid in class for being religious (not even a "thumper", just a good person) and I stuck up for him. I realized at that point, that I must feel strongly about it or I wouldn't have done that.

Knew you were pretty....20's
knew you were smart.......at least by 1st grade
knew that sex could be good...always assumed, knew the first time
knew that girls are smarter than boys...I don't accept the premise of the question
knew that if someone really loves you they don't really care about your weight.....Always
knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that a higher power existed....about 7 years old at my grandfather's funeral, maybe?

At the risk of being jumped all over, I feel like I have to say this. Some of you have already alluded to this, but I am going to say it a little more clearly. As the mother of a 6 year old boy, I have a hard time with the "girls are smarter than boys comment". OF COURSE it depends on the person. I have met a lot of really dumb girls in my life. Do I really want to give my son the impression of "hey, I love you so much, but you are not as intelligent as girls, so try all you want but it isn't going to do much good." Sorry if I have offended, but if Peertrainer is about healthy living, I'm not sure if coments like this are necessary.
