hi, nope its not an advertisement. I'm just reading the book and we are going through it on our small group. I think the author is wonderful, but honestly, I wouldn't even recommend her book, simply because its so flimsy for $19. Each chapter is a few pages. I ordered it on-line, but I can say that I am benefiting from it.
I thought the data was too much for our small group and that others could benefit from her free on-line radio shows. Its not free if you sign up for the class, but the show is aired on Live Hay House Radio if you are willing to keep track of when its on. That's what I'm going to do!

Cheryl Richardson is lovely. She comes from my neck of the woods. I have gone to see her speak on several occasions (free) and enrolled in a workshop she ran a number of years ago (it was excellent).
I would recommend getting her books from the library. She writes a weekly newsletter (free, you can get it online). She gives a lot as a person. I have been reading her newsletter for years.
I think her books are a great way to focus a group here. She is all about self care. She also lives what she writes about.
