This is what was awesome about today!
I tend to get so caught up on stress and bull---- that I forget what goes well in my everyday life.
Here's what was great about today:
-I woke up to a great hug from my loved one after a stressful argument last night.
-I made it to work on time!
- I got compliments on my outfit (since joining PT, I've lost enough to look better in my clothes)
-I ate pretty darn well: slowly, and deliberately
-I'm still studying at grad school as I write this, even though I am one POOPED PUPPY!

i realized im third in my class-studying everynight has paid off
i could 'feel the burn' lifting wts today
i was able to talk to my bf after 2 days, we were both super busy. it was so good to hear his voice!

I was able to take a nap w.out guilt i normallty feel on my days off of work
I am going to talk a walk later if i want to but if i dont want to, i made a prominse not to feel guilty
I feel good b/c my hubby is coming home soon:)

I got through my second boxing class.
I opted for a low calorie dinner after getting home late from the gym, even though I cooked some higher calorie food for lunch/dinner tomorrow.
I'm going to bed soon!

i got to have a bath AND a nap after my workout, I didn't punch someone who seriously deserved it. (ok, maybe it's PMS...but still!)

I was able to listen tor the birds singing while I drank a cup of coffee this afternoon1
I took the time to "smell the flowers" - I forget what the bush in my back yard is called, but it is blooming - when I let the dogs out, the fragrance was wonderful!
I took the time to appreciate my life - focusing on the good things!

I made a delicious dinner
I got promoted to a better position for me at work
It was sunny outside!

I fell asleep on the couch. I know, it sounds silly, but I never do it and it felt so good!
I talked to a friend I hadn't talked to in forever.
I actually straightened up my kitchen.

My son woke me up at 4:30 am, so by 5:00 I was on a 30-minute bike ride. AWESOME! :<)

My car didn't say "Ice possible" because it's 47 degrees out.
It's game day at lunch.
My boss works from home on Friday, so I can actively check in with my Peer Trainer groups whenever I want today.
I'm wearing a shirt that I love from Banana Republic.

Sunday afternoon was wonderful
I walked into our backyard and one of our cats walked over to me squeaked, and rolled onto his side waiting to be petted. I got down in the grass with him and scratched his head. I ended up laying in the grass with him scratching his head and neck (if I tried any place else he moved his head to my hand) We did this for about 30 minutes. The sun felt so good shining down on us.

I was sitting at my desk this morning when a bubbly lady popped into my office. (I work in an office by myself). It turns out she is one of my Breast Cancer 3-Day teammates and she works in my building!!! I was so excited!!! Now I have a new friend to walk with and go to lunch with... Sure beats sitting alone at a desk all day!
