I saw a picture of myself, and didn't like what I saw. Also my pant sizes kept going up. Now I am back to where I want to be and feel great! :)

A certain size triggered me in 2001 and now once again in 2006!!!! This time around I'm staying better focused on my progress and BELIEVE that single digit size is attainable!!!

A really terrible bathing suit picture (during a time when I thought I looked pretty good and thought I was in decent shape.)

I couldn't stand how tight my jeans were! I felt like a stuffed sausage.

tried on a pair of jeans, size 36, the fit great! bought them, got home and looked at the tag... with my glasses on... size 38!!!!
when I recovered from that I ventured over to the scale.... 215!
that's what did if for me. now, 3 months later, I've lost 30lbs and I'm back to wearing size 34.

I realized how deppressed I had gotten and that I had no more confidence or self esteem. Someone that knew the old me looked at how I had become and told me that it just didn't sound like the me they knew. They were right. I'm trying to find that me again.

eating like a pig!

Ok, it wasn't so much m y weight, but it was the way I saw myself eating. We were videoing my son's birthday a couple years ago and I was on the tape eating cake. I ate it so quickly, it was embarassing. Then I went back for seconds. It really changed my perspective and made me realize I had developed a very bad habit. My husband and I laughed, but it was a little humiliating.
