Feel like I'm losing motivation

I went on a week vacation with my kids and inlaws and had a ball, drinking and eating and now I'm back, definitely softer around the middle. Summer, with the kids out of school and everyone on vacation, is just so hard to diet. Help me, please!

ONE day. Just give yourself one day to eat right and find a little time for a workout. If you can make it through the first day, you'll get motivated again. Trust me!

Yes, taking small steps and making small goals is the way to make it happen. I agree though, summer is hard. I also think planning ahead is important.

are you a morning person? I love getting up really early in the summer and going for a run when no one else is around and the day is still cool and refreshing. And it gets a workout out of the way first thing so it's not hanging over my head all day.
