Top Heavy

This is off our usual subjects, but does anyone know who sells bikini's that fit a size D or more. I have lost weight , but still kept the top and am having the hardest time finding a bikini top to fit. Any help would be great!

I have the same problem! I end up usually getting "bandeau" style bikinis with straps, in a large or XL. If your hips are smaller, then somewhere with mix-and-match styles are best. It's difficult, though, b/c to hold up the big boobs, the bottom of the top needs to be tight against you, and the large/XL tops are often too loose at that part on me. It takes a lot of shopping around...

If you have money, go to a nicer department store and ask the salesperson for tips. There are many expensive brands that fit larger boobs, but not many cheaper brands...

I'll be watching this thread too, for some more ideas!!

Victoria's Secret. They only sell them online but they are wonderful. They sell tops by bra size and bottoms independently. Also their tops give a ton of support. I love them (I'm a 36D and medium bottom).

Lands' End sells mix and match separates in swimwear. I've followed their size charts and received a suit that fit.
Here's a link to their site:

Thanks ladies, all your comments have been really helpful. One questions to the 2:33 poster. Do all bandeau tops come with straps?

Not all, but most. Some have straps that are detachable, others have straps that aren't removable; some straps go around your neck, like a halter, and some go over your shoulders. As long as there are straps, removable or not, the tops work for me.

I'm about a 34E at Victoria's Secret, a size that they don't offer... Their cups are so small there!! I'll try Land's End though!

I don't have big boobs, but what about the ones that are like a halter top? do they hold better?
