Dr. Oz's Health Management segments
Does anyone watch (I use TIVO) Dr. Oz's health segments..that guy is trying his heart out to help his watchers get to living a healthiere lifestyle...I think it's sunk in enough to me that I had to do something about the weight gain over the past 15 years that I have denied, until I walk in front of a window and see my reflection or check out a big mirror...big denial crossed with feeling tired and crappy and a closet full of lovely things to wear that cannot be worn...logic seems to meet my fantasy that I can still eat anything I want here at peertrainer...heads up as there is no sedgeway here...in working exxtensively with horses it has become clear to our world of training that horses require a certain amount of time to change their behavior and react in a manner consister with fair treatment by people...it dawns on me that my brain too needs time to adjust to a new world order or eating to live vs. living to eat. Oz has been talking about this for years and in association with what I've been listening to and practicingn with the horses the ah hah light may have clicked on? Anyone else experiecing their own epiphany?
