Exercising with big "assets".

Hi! I'm a 20 yr old, 5'1 and 34D. I have overly sensitive breasts. I really want to start a healthy life because I want to see if my bra size goes down a little since I'm planning to get the reduction surgery this June. The problem is that I even feel sick after exercising because of that sensibility that torments me. How can I handle it? No bra seems to help and also as my "assets" grew my self-steem walked away.

My friend has your exact problem so I know it's hard! Her grandmother was also the same size so she got breast reduction and she says it's the best thing that's ever happen to her. If you get one of those heavy duty exercise bras, you should feel a lot better working out.

I love title nine bras. They have a great selection. Also, check out Sierra Trading Post as well- tons of discounted items. I'm a 36DD and 5'7". Those 2 resources have been really helpful. hope that helps.

I'm a 34 F. It is soooo hard to find a good sports bra! I only have one that I like. I have heard good things about the enell bra, but I've never tried it myself.

With the help of some supplements like Adiphene you can reduce your weight and your bra size will automatically go down that's simple.

Enell Bra

I have a couple of the Enell Sports Bras. They are EXTREMELY supportive and really flatten your boobs. You don't bounce at all in them which is saying a lot but I don't really like the look...not very feminine!

So glad to read the info in this thread. One of my objectives in losing weight was to reduce my breasts. That is one of the first places I gain. Now that I have lost almost 30 pounds Ithey have reduced a lot. Started at 38DD and should have been a f or g probably but refused to go up a size( so silly). Still at 38DD but fit and feel so much smaller! I can't wait to check out the bras you all mentioned because I have never found one that supports me without bouncing up and down! Thank you!
