Best fitness routine where I can lose a few pounds?

I don't have an hour to get to a gym and I don't even want to pay for a gym. I'd like something as short as possible where I can lose as much weight as possible lol!

Work Out

I know its difficult to manage to go for a gym and to do daily task together but if you truly want to lose weight you have to give time to your self. I would recommend you to do do walking and jogging as this will help you out the most, As you said you don't want to pay for a gym then try some healthy meals. Avoid junk food and add Veggies and herbs to your meal more. You can find amazing results within a couple of weeks.

Tried and true advice: park farther away, take the stairs, walk 30 minutes a day, etc.. Most weight loss battles are won and lost in the kitchen.
