Sugar besters!!

Is the best diet i've ever been on, south beach sounds like too much gourmet cooking and atkins is way too restrictive.

on sugar busters you can eat fruits, vegies, meats w/ spices that have no sugar and stone ground wheat. i wish i would have read the book long before instead of having to suffer with other diets like the atkins.

i bought the book on amazon for 3$ including shiipig. I've been on it for 2 weeks and lost 6 lbs. that's very good for me because i was already at a healthy weight, making it difficult to loose any more weight.

Just a question (I'm _really_ not trying to be mean or anything) - if you were already at a healthy weight, why is losing 6 more pounds good?

Isn't it hard to find foods to eat and very restrictive? How much weight have you lost? Is it easy to do if you hate to cook and can't seem to get the concept of planning for meals!
