need a laugh?

Because I recently started working out (going on 3 months now), my just-turned-4 year old daughter has taken an interest in exercise. She saw a lady running down the street and told me that the lady was exercising. Then she saw a lady speed-walking and asked me what she was doing. I told her that she was exercising, too. She didn't seem to understand that both those activities were exercise, so I explained to her: "Anytime you move your body, you're exercising."
So a few days ago we were at my parents' house. My daughter (who was supposed to be napping) came into the room where I was using the treadmill. I was wearing biking shorts and a jogging bra, so my stomach was exposed. As I switched from speed-walking to running, my daughter's eyes got big. As she stared at my bouncing, flabby stomach, she excitedly said, "Mom!! Your belly is exercising all by itself!!

Another funny kid story... I had just finished my run Sunday morning and was walking past my neighbor's 3 year old boy (perched on his big wheel in his driveway) when he asked where I was going. I told him I was going home to take a shower because I was sweaty and stinky. He informed me that his mother never showered when she was stinky. I still haven't seen her, but I am sure she will love what he is sharing with the neighbors.

Neighbor kids

I have a neighbor kid who tells me EVERYTHING! His mother would die if she knew the things he told me. You'd think I was holding out a chocolate bar asking, "what else would you like to tell me about your family?" LOL

This is hilarious. when my son was a toddler, he would constantly "pull at my fat", I'm sure because he thought it was fun but I was horrified!
