FAT inner thighs

I am 30 pounds overweight and am built sort of odd. From my hips down I am thin, small and solid like a rock. I have not fat on my legs or butt and am pretty much hipless. As my hubby says I'm not fat but thick in the middle. Something odd has started to happen and I'm not sure what to do about it. I have started to get these little rolls of fat on the inside of my upper thighs and it is really disturbing. Does anyone know what I can do to get rid of them? I work-out 6 days a week, cardio everyday and weights 3x week, I have lost 46 pounds on my journey and just recently joined WW but my legs were always my best feature. What can I do?

It maybe the skin, with a little bit of fat. If you lose more than 2lbs/week your skin usually cannot keep up w/ the weight loss. If you've only been losing about 1 to 1.5 lbs/week, I'd suggest consulting a personal trainer or physician.
