In a rut for lunch, ideas?

Okay this is the situation, I'm leaving work in about an hour and 40 min. I have a packet of ramen instant noodles to make a soup with but calculated it to be 8/9 points. <<<
I thought about corner bakery salad adn checked out the nutrition info, salads have an outrageous amount of calories and fat so i just dont know what i should run out to eat, or should I just suck it up and wait till I get home?

p.s. i've had a shake, banana, and tea so far today total of 5 pts. consumed and daily allowence of 22.

Check out the nutritional content for Corner Bakery soups - the thicker ones are pretty filling. We have an Au Bon Pain here, and they're really not too bad. For 12oz, they have 7 different ones that are under 200 calories and 4 of those are under 150 calories!

Otherwise, get one of the salads at Corner Bakery with dressing on the side, and use very little of it - it's the dressing that tends to kill!

run out to eat. and get a sandwich or some protein and veggie thing. it will be much better than an 8/9 point lunch.
