Which breakfast is healthier?

1. orange juice and a croissant

or

2. 1/2 bagel with salmon and coffee

Your second choice would be more heather, because of the samon, I would add a very small amont of cream cheese.

Definitely the 2nd choice - there's nothing filling in the 1st, and you'll be hungry like 2 seconds later.

I'd also add a little bit of cc or something with a little fat to the 2nd, and maybe a slice of tomato or some cucumbers to get in some veggie, but, in general, it looks good! Protein in the AM is sooo good!

The first choice is no good, it's sugar and fat.

I'd add some cream cheese to the bagel for some dairy, or skip the coffee for a 8oz glass of milk. It is very filling.
