Not sure for dinner yet
Total 937 + dinner

The great thing is that you're starting some serious portion control. It will take some trial and error to come up with a diet that is comfortable for you. Let yourself make some mistakes, watch the effect on the scale, see how hungry you are. Trial and error and flexibility will work for you! Congratulations!

How about adding some veggies in w/ lunch? A small salad or something steamed? What about fruit? I would recommend doing a Weight Watchers Ice Cream Sadwich instead of a skinny cow, its better quality, less calories, tastes better and it doesn't have any of that fake stuff like skinny cow uses. Its actually 60 cals less.

Really?

Weight Watchers sandwiches have less calories and are better? Cool! But more expensive. I can get skinny cow for $3 for 6 sandwiches here. Weight Watchers are like $4.50. Any other suggestions for lower calorie options for meals and snacks that dont make me feel like a rabbit. lol
