I am obsessed with cheese!!! help.
Cheese is the perfect food. My roommates in college used to laugh because late night all I craved was cheese, this obsession goes back to even when I was little. It's taste is indisputable in my opinion but I am afraid it's giving me a cottage cheese look. What can I do? And the reduced fat kind resembles a piece of rubber tire, not an option.

i am with you! :)
solution: all things in moderation! buy small amounts of really good cheese...i buy amazing cheese in 1/4 lb increments and it them last four days. 1 oz of full-fat bucheron or sharp cheddar is pretty satisfying and way more flavorful than twice the calories worth of lowfat rubber!

Yes, all things in moderation. Precut portions and the like.
There is one fat-free cheese that is OK. Not excellent, but very good when used in cooking. It's the Trader Joe's brand sharp cheddar.

I love it too
I recently tried Laughing Cow cheese. It is only 25 cal (light) per triangle and It is really rich. It's soft and spreadable so it's great on crackers, sandwhiches and lunch meat. I love it. You should try it. There are also lots of flavors. Mmmmmm
