Just by eating right, I've lost 8 pounds!!!! And my skin has cleared up a lot. It really helps when you eat right and I've also been eating only whole wheat bread and pastas. I used to have stomach problems but now since i'm eating all the good foods my stomach hardly ever hurts anymore. Last night, I had some hamburger helper, which was with white pasta and my stomach started aching so bad! It's weird how once you go from eating really good foods then eat something you used to eat all the time and it makes you feel like crap!
