I know breakfast is important but...

I am never hungry when I wake up. Ever since I have been on my diet I have become overwhelmed at the thought of eating when I am not truly hungry. Should I go ahead and eat a little something or wait until I start to feel hungry?

Is it that you wake up at 6am and get hungry at 7am? Or do you wake up at 6am and get hungry at 11am? If it's the first, don't worry about it, just eat when you get hungry. If it's the second, try eating something small - have a small glass of milk, or a piece of fruit, or something. It'll just help your body to run more efficiently. If you're not hungry, don't eat a big breakfast, but you shouldn't go for hours running on "empty" either, so just find what works best for you!

It takes me hours to feel hungry and I do drink a glass of milk everyday for my breakfast and somedays I will eat a granola bar. Thank you very much, I just wanted to make sure I wasnt do any further damage to my weight loss plateu! (sp?)

The only other thing is, are you not hungry in the morning b/c you binge at night? Some people just naturally aren't morning eaters, and that's okay, but if you're not hungry b/c you ate so much at night, then that's a whole cycle that'll take work to break, and it's a different story. As long as that's not the case, though, you're doing just fine!
