Workout plans for this weekend - Log in results here!

OK everyone, the weekend is here, that means more time to workout!

Let's all check in over the weekend and keep us all motivated and updated with our workout activities. I know it's cold out there, but we have to keep moving!

I'm going to the gym and for a long walk.

I love this! This is my favorite. I am definitely going for a "spa" workout tomorrow. My new phrase to get me motivated. I'll go for a long workout on the treadmill, followed by a steam and a long hot shower :)

brilliant idea!

My big workout will be my hour run on sunday.

And tomorrow i've got to lift weights and do core training in addition to at very least a walk (i might run too depending on how tight i am when i get up).

I'm really excited because I'm meeting with a personal trainer tomorrow to work out a new exercise routine. My old one has gotten kind of stale and I want to learn some new things and get some guidance on how to lose these last 15 lbs.

I am going to have at least 3 hours of cardio workouts. Aerobics, walks, dance, anything that feels good to me!
And watch my food.

Saturday...I've already done over 3 hours of cardio today: Stair climbing (real stairs), circuit training DVD, walking, eliptical and Bosu Bootcamp class (yowza!).

Sunday...another 3-hour workout planned, approximately: 2 fitness classes (perhaps Sculpt & Cardio Thai Boxing), 30 mins on eliptical or stationary bike, 40 mins walking.

Original poster here...Went to the gym to use the eliptical machine but the power was out on most of the equipment, I think there was a short circuit. The only thing working was the treadmill so I used that instead for 40 minutes. I learned I burn more calories on the eliptical per minute, but at least I stuck to it instead of going home.

No workout for me this weekend, I did the "oh tomorrow..." thing yesterday and today i wasn't feeling all that well. Next weekend I'll be here with much better news. I have scheduled my workouts for this week though. I've got finals so it's extra important to keep it moving to deal with the stress. Have a great week y'all. :)
