Celebrating small changes

I can officially say that as of today, I no longer get a friction rash from my inner thighs rubbing together when I wear a skirt. :-)
It's the little things that can remind oneself of the benefits of a new lifestyle.

Awesome! I can relate, and I say from experience, that rash sucks!

My sister calls that rash "chub rub". Nice.

Well, I'd like to celebrate one less roll of back fat. Serious gym efforts and losing 10 lbs has brought the number of those down from 3 to 2, and I now use a different row of bra hooks.

I bought a size 2 pants yesterday! (granted I'm usually a 6 and these pants were way oversized...but it felt great asking the sales attendant for 2s)

I just bought two pairs of pants in a size 4! After going to two different stores and trying on many styles, and they all fit in a 4! And this morning, I put on my favorite suit for work, which is a 6, and I had to use a safety pin to make the waist smaller, otherwise it was sitting so low that my pants dragged on the floor!! After work, I'm taking the pants to be taken in!

I wore a somewhat low-cut top this weekend and my mom saw me, and commented that it was low, but didn't comment that it made me look fat, which she typically would - that means she didn't think I looked fat, otherwise she would've said something!

Fat Grab

When I grab my belly fat (the unofficial measurement) - it's smaller than it used to be!
