This fat girl is also a gym rat, busy preparing for the next biking season (lighter = faster!) It would be great to have a group of folks who are serious about exercise/training while also dealing with the challenge of losing weight. I am a (mostly) daily poster and have had great success with weight loss (80#) in the past--just need to get this last bit off without forfeiting my training goals in the process.
