What supplements do you use if any?

I'm an old school weightlifter.. just getting into cardio heavily over the last 6 months or so.

In the past I've been into lifting naked (term meaning no supplements or steriods).

I'm currently just doing some 20 somthing grams protein mix and I've recently started on N.O. Explode. A pre-workout creatine mix with some caffine. Also some creatine monohydrate in the form of EAS Phosphogen.

I'll say.. the N.O. Explode JACKS you up. I get a really nice pump when lifting with it. I've been using it for a week or so now and I can see the difference in my workout.

Anyone else supplementing and have some comments? This is not a commercial and I could care less of you use the stuff I use. Just wondering if anyone else is getting results from other stuff?

Oh.. and only legal stuff please.
